There are two ways you can create an additional email address on your computer. However before you can access the mailbox, you must inform us, so that we can create your mailbox on our servers.
The following is required when submitting a request for an additional email address:
- Name, Address, Email Address and Phone number of the Primary Account holder.
- Name, Requested Username and Password of the New Email Account.
- Whether or not the person using the account is over the age of 13.
Once our Systems Administration Team has received your email, and ALL of the information above is included, they will contact you via the Primary Account holders email address to inform you that the new account has been created and is ready for use.

If you have already requested your email, and have received and email advising you that the account has been created on our servers, then you may use any or all of the following means to create your account on your machine.
1. Search for your Email Client configuration in our Knowledge Base.
or/and
2. Visit http://www.axcess.us/webmail to login using your new account information.
