How to configure the default email client in Microsoft Windows XP

If you are receiving an an error that your default email client has not been configured or installed correctly then it's possible that you recently installed an email program or a browser helper object (BHO)   Although there are a number of ways to fix this, we recommend installing and running the Default Email Client Application, which will allow you to reset your default email client in Microsoft Windows® XP
