Mr. Messman is a member of the Technology Committee and Compensation Committee and is a special advisor to the Board on Web Development and Internet Branding. A graduate of the Art Institute of Chicago, Mr. Messman is a graphic artist and web developer by trade; however, he also serves as member of the Illinois National Guard, and is assigned to the 20th Special Forces Group. In 2009, Mr. Messman took a hiatus from his board duties in order to deploy to Afghanistan with his Special Forces Team.

When asked about Mr. Messman's return, Jim Restucci, Axcess' CTO and Co-Founder had this to say, "Axcess is proud of Mr. Messman's commitment to our Nation's continued security, and we are very happy that he has been able to complete his mission and return home safely to his family." Mr. Messman and Mr. Restucci served together in the U.S. Army in Germany in the late 1980's and since have remained close personal friends.

---

Password management will take place solely through the Axcess H3X™ OnDemand Control Panel.

For security reasons, Instructions for "Resetting your Password" will be handled through the our Technical Support staff. If you have an Axcess H3X™ account, please contact us at 1-866-4AXCESS for instructions on how to reset your password.

We are making this change for two reasons:

To ensure password changes are synchronized throughout the entire system - eliminating multiple user passwords

To enhance the security of your service by eliminating a potential security vulnerability within OWA

Axcess CTO Speaks Out Regarding Phone Charges

SUNNYSIDE, WA, November 18th, 2009 — Axcess Internet Chief Technical Officer, Jim Restucci stated today that Axcess Internet is still receiving calls and complaints regarding erroneous phone bill charges. In order to "set the record straight" - they have announced a new domain name dedicated to handling this issue. The new domain, http://www.axcessphonebill.com will redirect customers to the Axcess Internet Knowledge Base Article regarding this issue. Once there, visitors may contact Axcess through their phone, fax or email, as well as submit redacted phone bills via a secure upload page.

The phone bills may be used for possible litigation, according to Restucci, who said "Axcess has spent a significant amount of time and expense in developing the Axcess Logo and Name, for someone to come in and destroy our reputation by using shameless telemarketing techniques is wrong, and maybe something that we will need to let the courts decide on." According to the U.S. Patent and Trademark office, Axcess has owned a Federally Registered Trademark on the name since 2005.

Axcess Internet among others has been receiving complaints since as early as August of 2005, in which callers state that they are being charged for "Web Services" or "Internet Services" on the local telephone bill. In 2006, then Attorney General Charlie Crist of Florida announced that his office would be investigating 5 companies, including Axcess Internet Solutions, a subsidary of Phinder Technologies, Inc. regarding the pratice of "Phone Craming." - see Florida Opens "Cramming" Probe.

Restucci, wanted to emphasize, that Axcess has never charged using the consumer's local telephone bill, and they have no plans to do so in the future. He hopes that the new domain name, will help "get the word out", that Axcess Internet is as much a victim in this case as the consumer.

Axcess Internet is a Central Wasington ISP with points of presence in major markets in the U.S., Puerto Rico and parts of Canada, more information about the company can be found on their website at http://www.axcess.us.
