In November 2009, the Internet Corporation for Assigned Names and Numbers (ICANN) approved certain domain registries to increase their prices. Domain registries are the private companies which manage the registration, technical operations, and control the allocation policies of the TLD's for which they are responsible.

Domain registries VeriSign, Afilias, Neulevel and Public Interest Registry applied for and received price increases and have announced they will be raising their wholesale prices to all ICANN-accredited registrars.

In light of that decision, Axcess will be adjusting its domain registration pricing tiers on September 1st, 2010 as follows:

Axcess Pricing Tiers

Old Domain
Pricing Tier

New Domain
Pricing Tier

PREMIER

$9.95/year

$10.95/year

VOLUME

$11.95/year

$12.95/year

BASIC

$15.95/year

$16.95/year

Historically, Axcess has been averse to adjusting its prices. As these cost increases are being dictated and charged to us by the registries, we are obligated to comply.

Be assured that Axcess will continue to keep its resellers and customers on the cutting edge of domain and web services technology, strive to offer the most responsive level of customer service 24x7, and maintain the high level of services which you have come to expect.

On behalf of everyone at Axcess, please accept my sincere thanks and appreciation for the opportunity to serve you as a valued Axcess Customer.

The first three test sets comprise malware first seen in each of the three weeks prior to product submission. These measure how quickly product developers and labs react to the steady flood of new malware emerging every day across the world. A fourth test set consists of malware samples first seen in the week after product submission. Password management will take place solely through the Axcess H3X™ OnDemand Control Panel.

For security reasons, Instructions for "Resetting your Password" will be handled through the our Technical Support staff. If you have an Axcess H3X™ account, please contact us at 1-866-4AXCESS for instructions on how to reset your password.

We are making this change for two reasons:
