The Axcess Axcelerator™ for Macintosh® is a customized client software solution that allows our members to access the SlipStream™ network, more information on this technology is available on our Axcess Axcelerator™ page.
This software allows a user to "accelerate" their dial-up Internet connection by using a world-wide network of cached images to provide content at a faster rate, up to x14 times faster than an standard dial-up connection.
Minimum System Requirements:
- 333 MHz PowerPC G3 processor or Intel processor
- 128 MB RAM
- 6 MB of hard drive space
- OS X 10.3 or later
- Safari 1.0 or later
Installation Instructions: Click on the download link and save the file to your computer. Then disconnect from the Internet and run the MACAXCEL.DMG application.
