The Axcess NOC is currently aware of issues affecting dial-up access numbers in the state of Oregon. Customers may expierence busy signals or operator intercepts during this period. We have a ticket open with our underlying carrier, who is currently working towards a resolution to this matter. We do not have an ETR at this time; however, will closely monitor this situation and provide updates as soon as possible.
